Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently while maximizing value for both parties
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze sales data
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Business development expertise with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Experience managing accounts and building long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth
- Proficiency in analysis skills to interpret market data and sales metrics
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales management
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
