Job Posting: Quality Control & Training Coordinator – Cleaning Services
Twilight Properties Cleaning is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control & Training Coordinator to join our growing team!
This role is ideal for someone with professional cleaning experience who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards across Airbnb, residential, and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of completed Airbnb, residential, and commercial cleaning jobs.
- Train and mentor new cleaning staff on company procedures, expectations, and cleaning standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help staff improve their performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and ensure company cleaning checklists are consistently followed.
- Document inspection results and communicate findings with management.
- Assist with refresher training for existing staff when needed.
- Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet our quality expectations before client check-ins.
- Maintain professionalism while supporting and encouraging team members.
- Cleaning air bnbs, residential & commercial.
Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience (Airbnb, residential, or commercial preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize quality issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable training and coaching others.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required, as travel between multiple properties is an essential part of this role.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Dependable, organized, and professional.
