We are hiring EXPERIENCED FOREMEN ONLY.
This is NOT an entry-level position and this is NOT a training position.
We are looking for the best of the best — someone who can run a crew, manage a job site properly, and perform high-level work without supervision.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in:
- Interlock
- Landscaping
- Carpentry
- Retaining walls
- Pool construction
- Fencing and deck work
You MUST know how to:
- Properly grade and level
- Install interlock correctly
- Cut stone and borders cleanly
- Build retaining walls and raised flower beds
- Build and lay steps
- Read layouts and elevations
- Run a crew efficiently
- Sequence jobs properly from excavation to final cleanup
- Operate machinery/equipment where qualified
We are NOT looking for laborers trying to learn.
We are looking for experienced foremen who already know the job from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead crews daily
- Manage residential and commercial projects
- Maintain high-quality workmanship
- Ensure projects stay on schedule
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate with management properly
- Solve problems independently on-site
WORK SCHEDULE
- Full-time work
- 50–60 hours per week guaranteed
- Monday to Friday
- Some Saturdays required during busy season
- Season typically runs from early March until late December
(Only downtime is usually January & February.)
