About Us:
At The Fitness Boutique for her, we're dedicated to providing women with a supportive and empowering environment to achieve their fitness goals. Our boutique studio boast a pilates reformer studio, aerial silks/Lyra, personalized workouts, group fitness classes, spin, a dance studio and wellness services tailored specifically to the needs of women.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every client
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our members, fostering a sense of community and belonging
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a motivational and supportive approach
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle for women
