Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual HVAC Home Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to assess their heating and cooling needs, providing tailored solutions, and guiding them through the selection process for HVAC products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese or Mandarin , and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate clients’ HVAC needs, home layout, budget considerations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Clearly and confidently explaining HVACsystem options, pricing, financing, warranties, rebates, energy-saving benefits and long-term reliability
- Manage project workflows, coordinating installation schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support sales efforts by developing proposals, conducting quotation, and closing sales opportunities
- Following up after the sale to ensure an exceptional customer experience and generate repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless installation to effectively communicate with a broad customer base
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of customer service or sales experience (residential B2C preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin is required
- Proven ability to perform in a commission-only environment.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle (required).
- Knowledge of HVAC, water heating, or home services is an asset (training provided).
