CMTO registration in good standing is a must.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be committed to providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that each client receives a personalized and relaxing experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their specific needs and health conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy.
