A well - established Ontario - based security services organization is conducting a confidential search for a senior security sales executive to lead strategic business development across the province.
This opportunity is intended for a career security professional, currently operating at a senior level, who is selective about their next move and values structure, credibility, and long-term growth.

The Mandate
The successful candidate will be entrusted with expanding the firms, Ontario portfolio by securing and retaining high-quality security contracts in key verticals, including condominium, commercial, and construction environments.
This role carries direct accountability for revenue growth, and requires a professional who understands the operational realities of guard services, not just sales activity.
Core Responsibilities
- Originate and close new security services contracts across Ontario.
- Lead senior level client engagements and negotiations.
- Develop and present, structured proposals, pricing models, and RFP submissions.
- Build durable relationships with decision makers: Property management executives, developers and general contractors, asset and facilities managers.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and operations to ensure contract viability and retention.
- Represent the organization discreetly in senior industry settings.
Candidate Profile (Non-Negotiable)
This opportunity is suitable only for individuals meeting the following criteria:
- Minimum 10 years of industry sales experience.
- Demonstrated success, closing multi site or long-term security contracts.
- Strong Ontario market knowledge with an established professional network.
- Sophisticated understanding of: 1. Guarding and concierge services. 2. Contract, pricing, margins and risk. 3. Client retention and service delivery impact. 4. Executive presence, discretion, and credibility. 5. Preference for a stable office based leadership role.
Candidates from unrelated industries, or without direct security, sales experience will not be considered.
Compensation and Positioning
- Base compensation of $75,000, aligned with seniority and experience.
