At McGrath Pharmacies Inc., we believe pharmacists are an essential part of the future of healthcare — not just dispensary professionals, but trusted clinicians, educators, problem-solvers, and leaders within their communities.
We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to practice to their full scope, continue developing professionally, and work in an environment where their knowledge, ideas, and contributions are genuinely valued.
Our pharmacy model extends well beyond traditional dispensing. We offer an innovative and progressive practice environment where pharmacists are encouraged to expand their clinical capabilities through services such as immunizations, prescribing for minor ailments, medication management, patient education, and collaborative care with other healthcare professionals.
In addition to community pharmacy services, McGrath Pharmacies Inc. also provides pharmacy services to multiple long-term care facilities. This offers pharmacists a unique opportunity to develop experience in long-term care, interdisciplinary collaboration, medication management for complex patients, and continuity of care across multiple healthcare settings.
We have worked hard to create a workplace culture where staff and patients feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated. We value Respect, Teamwork, Positive Attitude, Adaptability, and Compassionate Care in everything we do.
