Job Summary

Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
- Develop and implement innovative menus that align with restaurant branding and customer preferences
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize profitability
- Train and mentor staff on culinary techniques, food handling, and hospitality best practices
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with strong team management skills
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities within the food industry or restaurant management roles
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as a motivating leader for your team
- Experience with menu development, kitchen organization, and restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of the food industry trends and customer service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
