As our national operations continue to grow, we are expanding the Karmakarah National Technician Program (KNTP)—a professional development and field experience initiative that brings together aspiring and experienced IT professionals to deliver onsite technical support across Canada.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in gaining practical field experience while supporting enterprise IT projects.
Whether you are a final-year student, an experienced IT technician, an independent contractor, a retired IT professional, or operate a local computer repair business, KNTP provides flexible opportunities to work on real-world technical assignments based on your location and availability.
Assignments may include:
- Desktop and laptop installations
- Hardware upgrades and replacements
- PC deployments and imaging
- Monitor and peripheral installations
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Basic networking and connectivity support
- Cable management
- Technology refresh projects
- Asset replacements
- Onsite technical support
- Equipment relocation and installation
- General desktop troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional and reliable attitude.
Previous enterprise field experience is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
- Access to reliable transportation is preferred.
- Ability to travel within your local service area.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment when required.
Compensation
Compensation is provided on a per-assignment basis and varies depending on the scope, location, and complexity of each project.
