The ideal candidate is meticulous, can work at a fast pace while being careful with handling the flatware and equipment.

- Washing dishes
- Work well in a small team environment and a professional kitchen with pride in their food
- Overall cleanliness of work space expected
- Daily cleaning of Kitchen as a whole team
