We are seeking motivated individuals for Carpenter roles, ranging in experience from Carpenter Apprentice to Red Seal Carpenter, to join our team in a busy indoor production environment. These roles operate in a fast-paced environment and offer strong work-life balance through a 4-day work week with guaranteed full-time hours.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and building components.
Construct and install interior structural elements and finish components.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Ensure work meets building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet schedules and production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What you'll need
Qualifications
Strong understanding of carpentry methods, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
2+ years experience working within carpentry, or as a Carpenter Helper.
Block 1 (or more) of Carpentry and/or Skilled Trade Qualifications preferred.
Valid Red Seal Carpenter certification (Interprovincial Endorsement) is an asset.

This is where our skilled employees precision-engineer modules (sections) of homes to be delivered to the home site, where they are then fitted together and roofing, siding, drywall and flooring are installed.
