- Zero Complaining: If you nick your hand or a diagnostic gets frustrating, you don't stall out or act soft. You clean it up, push forward, and finish the job.
- The Setup: Because this is a high-yield independent route role, you must utilize your own reliable field service vehicle/van and your own professional trade tools (digital multimeter, hand tools, etc.).
- The Skill: Experienced appliance repair technicians are highly preferred (washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, fridges). However, if you are a sharp automotive mechanic, electrician, or HVAC apprentice with tools, high mechanical aptitude, and a savage work ethic, we can train you to dominate this trade in 3 to 6 weeks.
- The Standards: Clean background, clean driving record, valid license, and sharp communication skills. You represent an elite brand when you step into a client's home.
