Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Duties
- Prepare ingredients through washing, chopping, measuring, and organizing for efficient kitchen operations
- Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours, maintaining timely delivery of dishes
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Support other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Stock supplies and assist with inventory management to prevent shortages during service
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during busy service hours

- Able to handle up to 50lb of weight
