The Role
We’re looking for a hospitality-driven leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and brings energy into every shift.
This role is designed for someone who wants to become a future General Manager.

Location
We’re hiring across all Union Social Eatery locations, with an immediate need at our Satellite Drive restaurant.
We believe in putting people in the right place to succeed—so final location will be based on where you’ll have the greatest impact, considering both your strengths and proximity.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForGuest Experience Leadership
- Lead from the floor—creating a welcoming, engaging, and high-energy environment
- Ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for
- Actively manage the room—anticipating needs, resolving issues, elevating experiences
Culture & Team Development
- Build a positive, team-first culture people want to be part of
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members and supervisors
- Help identify and grow future leaders
- Lead with presence, accountability, and consistency
Operations Excellence
- Ensure food, beverage, and service standards are consistently executed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and detail-driven restaurant
- Step into any role when needed to support the team
Business Performance
- Support labour management, scheduling, and cost control
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and financial discipline
- Contribute ideas to improve performance and guest experience
Leadership Partnership
- Act as a leader on duty—owning shifts and outcomes
- Support hiring, training, and performance management
- Step confidently into the GM role when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years in restaurant leadership (Supervisor or Assistant Manager)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and people
- Strong floor presence—you lead where the action is
- A natural coach who builds teams—not just manages them
- High standards and attention to detail
- Ambition to grow into a General Manager role

Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000 – $65,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus program
