Duties:
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their machine issues
- Communicate with mechanics to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and explain the recommended services
- Schedule appointments for service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair orders
