Some people love creating the design. Others love seeing it come to life.
We're looking for someone who thrives in the space between drawings and reality.
Someone who enjoys walking a site, solving problems, answering questions, building relationships, and helping projects move forward.
Someone who can earn the trust of contractors, clients, and project teams because they communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and understand how construction actually gets built.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
We're looking for a Construction Administrator (Structural) who can become the trusted bridge between our design teams and active construction sites. You'll spend your time helping projects move forward, resolving issues before they become problems, and ensuring the work being built aligns with the intent behind the design.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys equal parts technical problem-solving, relationship-building, and seeing great projects come to life.
