Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. Duties
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans
- Manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow within the practice
- Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care
Experience
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with CDHO requirements
- Prior experience in dental offices preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse patient populations
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
