We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and support overall oral health education. Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to improve perio health
- Take digital radiographs as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
- Maintain accurate patient records using Gold dental management software
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver comprehensive care
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alberta
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred. New Grads are welcome
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
