SOLENZI is a growing Canadian premium food brand specializing in authentic Italian-inspired sauces, pestos and specialty foods. Our products are already gaining momentum with grocery retailers, and we’re expanding our presence through local store programs across Ontario.
We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated Grocery Retail Territory Representative to help grow our business by working directly with grocery store managers within Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area.
If you’ve worked in grocery retail, food brokerage, or consumer packaged goods sales, and enjoy building long-term customer relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to represent a premium brand with unique, high-quality products that retailers are proud to carry.
What You’ll Do
You’ll manage an assigned territory by visiting grocery stores, developing relationships and helping increase SOLENZI’s presence at store level.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with Store Managers, Grocery Managers and Department Managers.
Presenting SOLENZI products and identifying opportunities for local listings.
Generating new orders and encouraging ongoing replenishment.
Working with store management to ensure orders are placed through their existing ordering/EDI systems.
Monitoring shelf presence, inventory levels and merchandising opportunities.
Identifying opportunities for secondary displays and promotional activity.
Providing regular updates, store feedback and sales activity reports.
Representing the SOLENZI brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and understands how grocery retail operates.
You likely have experience in one or more of the following:
Grocery store management or department management.
Food brokerage or grocery sales.
Consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales.
Retail account management.
Grocery merchandising with strong customer relationship experience.
You’ll be successful if you are:

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Persistent and consistent with follow-up.
Professional, positive and trustworthy.
Passionate about quality food products and helping retailers succeed.
Knowledge of Ontario major grocery retailers is considered a strong asset.
