Epoxy Flooring Lead Installer / Crew Lead
$30-$40/hour based on experience
Next Level Epoxy is a fast-growing garage floor coating and garage transformation company serving York Region and the surrounding GTA. We specialize in high-quality polyaspartic garage floor systems, concrete preparation, crack repair, flake floors, and durable topcoat finishes.
We are looking for an experienced Epoxy Flooring Lead Installer / Crew Lead who can help us maintain high-quality work as we continue to grow.
This is not a basic labour position. We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience in epoxy, polyaspartic, concrete coatings, grinding, floor prep, flake systems, and job site execution.
Responsibilities
- Grind and prepare concrete garage floors
- Complete crack repair, pitting repair, joint repair, and patching
- Mix and apply base coats and topcoats
- Broadcast, scrape, vacuum, and detail flake systems
- Maintain clean edges, clean finishes, and professional job sites
- Help organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
- Communicate clearly with the team and customers when needed
- Take pride in producing high-quality finished floors
- Grow into leading a crew and training other installers
Requirements
- Experience with epoxy, polyaspartic, or concrete coatings preferred
- Experience with concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Comfortable using grinders, vacuums, mixers, scrapers, and coating tools
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to handle physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Able to work well with a team
- Must care about quality and customer satisfaction

Pay
$30-$40/hour based on experience and skill level.
Highly skilled installers or crew-lead-level candidates will be considered at the higher end of the range.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional longer days depending on job size and schedule
