Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Screen phone calls and emails, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Maintain confidential files, business records, and executive documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners.
- Track deadlines, projects, and follow-up actions.
- Support special projects and provide high-level administrative assistance.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
