LittleRise, the branding team of Rise Partners, collaborates with global clients across various industries and delivers design projects that are applied directly to real business environments.
You will have the opportunity to experience the full process—from market analysis to brand identity and digital design—while expanding your hands-on capabilities through active participation in projects.

What you’ll be working on.
- Design and develop brand identity (logo, color, typography, etc.)
- Build visual direction aligned with brand strategy and positioning
- Develop brand guidelines and design systems
- Create marketing and communication assets (SNS, web, print materials, etc.)
- Propose design solutions based on client brand analysis and competitor research
- Define and maintain brand tone and manner
- Ensure and continuously improve overall design quality across projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver brand outcomes
Role requirements and qualifications.
- A proactive and responsible attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of branding and visual design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe and
- Figma Fluency in both Korean and English
- Interest in working across diverse industries and brands
