Duties:
Operation of Kubota tractor with forklift, boom sprayer, boom mower, grapple, able to detach and reattach components quickly and precisely
Able to do expert/precise caulking. Fascia/Soffit work. Carpentry skills important, deck building, shed/garage building, hardscaping.
Practical knowledge of tools. Use of Mitre, skil, table saw competently. Grinders, chainsaw. The knowledge and use of various tools above is required.
Framing
Tree cutting and removal, chain saw course an asset
able to complete all aspects of maintenance of property around shop and office, lawn mowing, trimming, washing vehicles outside, detailing inside. Cleaning buildings regularly, variety of jobs, large and small, willingness to complete all tasks
Requirements:
-- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively and follow direction with precision and work independently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed
Quick thinker, quick on feet, in good health, strong, willing to work hard and smart
Raises can be ongoing and will be in accordance and dictated by performance and skill level, starting wage is commensurate on experience

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
