We craft nourishing superfood bowls, specialty beverages, and wholesome snacks using real, thoughtfully sourced ingredients designed to energize and satisfy.
We're looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Team Crew Members to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and take pride in great food and service, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve smoothie bowls, beverages, and other menu items
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, exceptional customer service
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift
- Ensure every order meets our quality and presentation standards
- Work with your teammates to create a positive, upbeat atmosphere
- Help monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items
- Become a product expert
- Open to participate in social media videos and other brand content
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Previous café (for example barista), restaurant, or customer service experience is an added asset
- Ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Preferably lives in Oakville, Ontario
