Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to assist with landscape construction and property improvement projects throughout the season.
This is a physically active, hands-on position working outdoors with opportunities to learn equipment operation, construction skills, and project management over time.
We are interested in a wide range of applicants. Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape and hardscape installations
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and small equipment
- Site preparation, grading, excavation assistance, and cleanup
- Assist with retaining walls, patios, drainage, waterproofing, and driveway projects
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work safely and professionally as part of a team
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license preferred, with Class A (AR) licensing being a strong asset
- Experience in landscaping, construction, basic carpentry or excavation is an asset but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well with a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Schedule
- Full-time seasonal position
- Part-time options may be accommodated
- Monday to Friday
- Optional & Occasional Saturdays during busy periods
Pay
$22 to $45 per hour depending on experience and capabilities.
