Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing replacement windows and doors in residential buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to manage a jobsite. Must have truck, trailer, aluminum break, and all required tools.
Duties
- Measure and assess window and door openings to ensure proper fit and installation
- Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns to install or replace windows and doors
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, framing, or restoring areas as needed before installation
- Apply caulking, sealants, or weatherproofing materials to ensure energy efficiency and prevent leaks
- Perform restoration work including minor carpentry repairs related to window and door installation
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout all phases of installation
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades with a focus on window and door installation
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in installation processes
- Knowledge of caulking techniques, restoration methods preferred
- Prior work involving exterior finishing, eg: siding, aluminum flashing
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different building layouts and materials
- Reliable with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards

Pay: $80,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
