Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences, aftercare instructions, and any concerns they may have.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and body waxing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell services and products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Proposer des services et des produits complémentaires afin d'améliorer l'expérience client et d'atteindre les objectifs de vente. Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en établissant une relation de confiance avec les clients et en répondant efficacement à leurs besoins. Se tenir informé(e) des dernières tendances en matière de soins des ongles et de techniques esthétiques afin de proposer aux clients des options innovantes. Communiquer efficacement avec les clients concernant leurs préférences, les instructions de suivi et toute autre préoccupation. Expérience Une expérience préalable en tant que technicien(ne) en onglerie ou dans un poste similaire est un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire. Solides connaissances des techniques de soins des ongles, des normes d'hygiène et des techniques d'épilation à la cire. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication pour interagir positivement avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe.
