Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour
This position typically offers 25–30 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours depending on operational needs, up to a maximum of 44 hours per week for candidates seeking more hours.

Equity Rentals is a privately owned real estate company focused on quality residential and commercial property rentals. We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Day Cleaner to join our team in Grande Prairie.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation across our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in delivering thorough, high-quality work.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Disinfecting and sanitizing high-touch areas
- Cleaning windows and mirrors
- Removing garbage and disposing of waste
- Cleaning light fixtures (up to approximately 8 feet high)
- Ensuring properties meet company cleanliness standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hard working, punctual, and detail oriented
- Strong command of the English language
- Residential cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to provide a criminal record check (at own expense)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle required, as travel between properties throughout the day is part of the role
- Smartphone with active data plan required
- Ability to work daytime hours
Schedule
- Primarily Monday to Friday daytime hours
- Weekend work at month end may be required
