Responsibilities
- Maintain a current knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing, leasing and incentive programs
- Be knowledgeable about Ford’s competitors' products and services
- Remain informed on current automotive trends and technology
- Greet and assist any customers who enter the dealership or sales lot in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening and asking questions to best understand the customer’s vehicle needs and wants
- Ability to overcome customer objections, close sales and to perform all aspects of the sales process
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills, ability to build and foster relationships with customers
- Experience in creating a positive sales environment while providing excellent customer service
- Results driven attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
- Able to follow and commit to the sales process
- Ability to track customer service issues and follow-up
- Understand basic calculations, sales figures, and general understanding of finance
Qualifications

Eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Alberta driver’s license
- AMVIC certification or the ability to obtain one
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
