Middlesex Business Supply Centre Inc. has been servicing the food, beverage and hospitality industry since 1977. We supply disposable packaging and paper products to restaurants, hotels, and a variety of other industries Canada wide. We are currently recruiting for a permanent position.
DAILY ACTIVITIES:
* Customer service
* Answer phones & distribute messages to appropriate personnel
* Order taking
* High volume invoicing on Sage 50 Quantum Accounting system (will be switching to Quick Books)
* Review customer invoices for accuracy
* Establish positive report with customers
* General office duties
* Create Quotes
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Works well under pressure
* Good communication & organization skills
* Able to work in fast pace environment
* Ability to learn quickly
*Ability to work alone if needed
* Reliable
* Attention to detail
* Can multitask
