The Role
We are looking for a Laundry Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You aren't just "doing laundry", you are managing a premium service pipeline. This role is a blend of precision garment care, facility management, and brand representation during local pickups and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Garment Care: Execute the full wash-and-fold cycle (sort, wash, dry, fold, package) with a focus on high-end presentation and strict adherence to fabric care labels.
- Client Relations: Act as the face of the brand. Process orders through our digital POS system and assist self-serve guests with a professional attitude.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a pristine facility, including sanitizing machines, cleaning folding stations, and managing inventory.
- Logistics & Delivery: Safely operate the company vehicle for scheduled pickups and deliveries within the Owen Sound area.
Requirements
- Availability: Flexible availability within our 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM window.
- Detail Obsessed: You take pride in crisp folds and ensuring every order is perfect.
- Physically Active: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using app-based systems for orders and navigation.
