Production Associate (Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Fridays and Saturday DAY shift as required

Key Responsibilities
Production Duties:
- Operate packaging and labeling equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Program machinery to adjust speeds and product weights
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, rotating through various tasks (in a 4°C environment to maintain product quality)
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing, including lifting products between 5–30 lbs
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet quality standards and are shelf-ready
- Follow and learn proper health and safety protocols
Post-Production / Sanitation Duties:
- Work as a team to disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble equipment across three departments
- Follow Food Safety practices and collaborate daily with the Quality Assurance team based on inspection feedback
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting 10–50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing
- Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is cleaned, sanitized, and organized for the next day’s production
- Assist managers as needed to support efficient production operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act is an asset
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential
Preferred:
Previous experience operating production or packaging machinery is preferred. However, training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
