We are currently seeking a Data Entry Administrator for a short-term contract opportunity based in Burnaby. This role will support a company-wide ERP transition project and is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, focused work and takes pride in accuracy.
This position will primarily involve transferring and validating information from a master spreadsheet into a newly implemented ERP system.
This is a fully on-site position in Burnaby starting immediately. Hours are 9 am - 3 pm (M-F). The initial contract will be 2 weeks with potential for extension.
What You'll Be Doing
- Transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into a new ERP system
- Review and validate information for accuracy and completeness
- Follow established procedures and data entry guidelines
- Perform quality checks to ensure information has been entered correctly
- Assist with general administrative support related to the ERP implementation project
- Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed
What We're Looking For
- 6 months or more of administrative, data entry, or office experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Comfortable navigating between spreadsheets and software systems
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
