Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions to enhance their stay experience
- Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms or designated areas using proper handling techniques
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation options, and dining suggestions
- Assist with guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in luggage storage areas and assist with general hotel operations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and overall guest satisfaction
- Support safety protocols by monitoring guest movements and reporting any concerns to management
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest service
- Ability to lift heavy luggage safely and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and proactive mindset
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation options is a plus
