We pride ourselves on offering dealership-level diagnostics and repairs, but with the personalized customer service and honest approach that only an independent garage can provide. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Service Advisor to be the face of our business and the vital link between our customers and our expert technicians.

- Estimating & Quoting: Translate technician findings into clear, easy-to-understand estimates for clients.
- Work Orders: Open, update, and close repair orders accurately using our shop management software.
- Scheduling: Manage the daily schedule, ensuring jobs are balanced to maximize technician productivity.
- Sales: Educate customers on preventative maintenance and recommended repairs without high-pressure tactics.
- Liaison: Act as the bridge between the customer and the mechanics to ensure timely vehicle turnaround.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer. Would consider less experiance for the right person.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive mechanics, terminology, and repair processes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be able to explain complex repairs to non-technical customers.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with shop management software (e.g., Mitchell1, Motor, Autoleap, Microsoft 365).
