In this role, reporting to the Shop Foreman, you’ll be a key part of our custom cabinetry process, building premium pieces from start to finish. As a Custom Woodworker, you’ll work closely with our production team to bring detailed designs to life, contributing your skills and experience at every stage of the build. You’ll take pride in producing high-quality, precise work that reflects the standards and craftsmanship our shop is known for.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
- Build and assemble custom cabinets, millwork, and components
- Safely operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Maintain accuracy with measurements and cuts
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of cabinetmaking or millwork experience
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
- Experience with woodworking equipment and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Red Seal certification would be considered an asset
