People & Culture Operations Coordinator

We specialize in premium men’s apparel and have built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and style. BN3TH (pron. “beneath”), formerly known as MyPakage, is looking for a People & Culture Operations Coordinator to join our team.
As a People & Culture Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential day-to-day support across a variety of people-focused and operational initiatives, including employee experience, HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, office operations, and team engagement.
This role will be reporting to our Director of Finance and will work closely with leadership and employees across the organization to support our people, culture, and operational needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Own full-cycle recruitment, including job posting creation, candidate screening, and interview scheduling with hiring managers.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate job offer documents and new employee forms.
- Complete onboarding and offboarding forms to ensure employee details are properly communicated to our third party IT (Technikel).
- Conduct employee orientation, including office tours, employee handbook briefings, and process walkthroughs.
- Coordinate offboarding logistics with IT, including email forwarding and equipment returns.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Plan and maintain culture and employee programs, including company-wide events, lunches, activities, town halls, and development workshops.
- Coordinate and develop programs that drive employee satisfaction, engagement, and connection.
- Create and roll out employee engagement and Senior Leadership Team surveys.
- Manage birthday shout-outs and celebrations, work anniversary programs, including 1, 5, and 10-year gifts, and holiday gift ordering.
- Support employees with education grant requests.
Performance & Compensation
- Own and continuously evolve the quarterly performance review process, including drafting and updating review questions and formats in collaboration with the CEO.
- Review and evaluate the bonus structure based on company performance.
- Research compensation market data annually.
- Research and share annual Cost of living adjustment (COLA) information with the CEO and Director of Finance.
HR Administration
- Maintain secure and confidential employee records through RISE HR & Payroll and Desjardins Benefits.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, including benefits, policies, and general employment questions.
- Review and update job descriptions annually or as responsibilities evolve.
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as the organization grows.
IT Coordination
- Source laptops & equipment management
- Act as the main point of contact with Technikel for employee IT tickets requiring escalation.
- Act as the main point of contact with Technikel for external users, including VAs and contractors, requiring access to shared folders.
- Own and maintain internal application access and user management.
- Coordinate with Technikel on new-hire IT setup and offboarding, including email forwarding and equipment courier arrangements.
Office Operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for office-based issues, including remote-work issues, Telus security, and the building manager relationship.
- Support company-wide communications, announcements, and reminders.
- Coordinate travel and departmental program logistics, including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
- Coordinate facility management with third-party providers, including cleaners, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and alarm systems.
- Manage inbound and outbound mail, packages, and courier services, including US mail through the Fairhaven portal.
- Order and replenish office inventory, stationery, and supplies.
- Keep the office stocked with snacks, coffee, and milk.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources, or administrative role.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience with an HRIS and payroll platform such as RISE People, Dayforce, BambooHR, Humi, ADP, or a similar system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong administrative skills and a high level of accuracy when handling employee records, HR documentation, and payroll-related information.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and jump in where needed.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can shift.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and/or Microsoft Office.
- A team player who brings a positive attitude, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
