Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Infra Technology Specialist with strong expertise in VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring resilient infrastructure, efficient system operations and secure data management for enterprise clients.
This role requires hands-on experience in infrastructure administration, incident management and cross-functional collaboration to support business-critical services in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
Administer VMware virtualization platforms including clusters, hosts, and virtual machines to ensure high availability and reliable infrastructure.
Manage Windows Server environments including installation, patching, user access management and performance tuning.
Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to prevent incidents and ensure minimal service disruption.
Troubleshoot complex issues across virtualization, storage, and Windows OS layers, ensuring timely resolution.
Implement and maintain security patches and updates across VMware and Windows environments.
Document infrastructure configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for consistent operations.
Collaborate with application, network and security teams for change planning and implementation.
Participate in problem management by conducting root cause analysis and recommending improvements.
Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency using tools across VMware, Windows, and Amazon S3 environments.
Engage with global stakeholders for requirement discussions, status updates, and knowledge transfer.
Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement, cost optimization and enhanced system performance.

Troubleshooting across OS, virtualization, and storage layers
Basic knowledge of cloud storage (Amazon S3)
Strong understanding of ITIL processes
