We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join a Montreal retailer! This role is responsible for product setup, inventory maintenance, purchase order management, vendor coordination, reporting, and supporting seasonal buying initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily buying and merchandising activities.
- Create and maintain product information, SKUs, pricing, and inventory data.
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist with product launches, assortment updates, and seasonal planning.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports.
- Support inventory management and replenishment activities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of buying, merchandising, retail, e-commerce, or inventory experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel and product data management.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Experience with Lightspeed, Shopify, ERP, or inventory systems is an asset
