Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

- Monitor progress of projects, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve workflow
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and management
- Conduct regular team meetings to set expectations, review progress, and address concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating new team members
- Promote a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
