Responsibilities
Provide professional men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
Ensure all tools and workstations are maintained with high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs and offering personalized grooming recommendations.
Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-in procedures, and retail product sales.
Upsell additional grooming services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and shop revenue.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Keep abreast of current men’s hair trends, fades, and barbering techniques to deliver modern, sharp results.
Manage retail sales effectively by recommending suitable grooming products based on client needs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
Knowledge of men’s hair cutting techniques (fades, tapers, line-ups), beard grooming, sanitation practices, and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration.
Ability to upsell retail grooming products tactfully to enhance client experience.
Experience working at the front desk or handling retail sales is a plus.
