Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests, ensure smooth operations at the front counter and dining area, and uphold food safety and hospitality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food service, customer relations, and hospitality operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive;
- Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested;
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members;
- Serve food and beverages;
- Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses;
- Collect payment from customers in a timely manner;
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experiences;
- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
-Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
