The Fox and Fiddle is looking to expand our team! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are wanting to learn and improve themselves within. As a host, you are responsible for giving guests a great first impression, providing warm, friendly, prompt greetings, seating guests comfortably as soon as possible and helping keep a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Presents him/herself professionally, e.g. clean clothes, well groomed
- Ensures guests are greeted warmly and promptly on arrival, thanks departing guests
- Seats guests as comfortably and as soon as possible
- Maximizes seating capacity and efficiency
- Bus tables and assists servers
- Professionally handles phone calls, including take out if applicable
- Where required, follows approved cash handling procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in reception and other areas, keeps lobby area guest ready
- As needed, other duties designated by the management team
