Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assess medical histories to diagnose health conditions accurately.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication administration and other therapeutic interventions.
- Perform procedures as needed.
- Collect and analyze patient data for ongoing monitoring and treatment adjustments.
- Utilize electronic health record systems Accuro
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including home care services when appropriate.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication use.
- Stay updated on the latest medical research, best practices, and technological advancements in healthcare.

Pay: $93,824.95-$409,739.81 per year
