Position Overview
Island Technical Installations is looking for a motivated and organized individual to support our growing Technical Field Services division.
This is a full-time, in-office position based Monday to Friday and will support a fast-paced team working across industrial, utility and data center projects throughout North America.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book travel for field staff, including flights, hotels, rental vehicles and schedules
- Assist with invoicing, timesheet tracking and client documentation
- Maintain project documentation, reports, test records and document control systems
- Support field and management staff with administrative and coordination tasks
- Help track project deliverables, schedules and internal reporting
- General office and operational support for the Technical Field Services division
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
Assets:
- Experience in construction, electrical, industrial or technical service industries
- Basic understanding of electrical systems or field service operations
- Experience with invoicing, scheduling or project coordination

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
