Centreline is currently seeking a full time Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing professional support to customers in a timely manner resulting in strong customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for outbound dialing calls to new and existing customers. Responsibilities:
-Receive and manage calls from customers regarding Centreline’s products in a comfortable office environment.
- Make outbound calls to new customers and potential customers
-Build rapport with a variety of customers by actively listening, asking the right questions, and offering solutions in a professional manner to promote and maintain customer satisfaction.
-Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
-Deliver reliable solutions to our customers with a sense of urgency and sound judgement.
-Liaison between all internal functions to ensure cohesive and optimal performance.
-Ensure sales managers are informed of all unresolved complaints/inquiries.
-Complete accurate transaction in a timely manner by the way of phone, email, and online chat.
-Embrace change in a fast-paced, performance driven team environment.
- Assist with inventory counting on inventory days
- Make outbound calls for outstanding invoices
- Assist with payment processing
Requirements:
-Superior customer service skills.
-Effective oral and written communication skills.
-Self-starter, who can work in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
-Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail.
-Ability to solve problems tactfully and effectively with a sense of urgency.
-Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
-Proactive approach.
-Punctual and committed to work schedules.
-Can process customer payments
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
