In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods to offer our premium exterior cleaning services. The Pay Structure
We want you to thrive and feel secure while you build your sales pipeline. Here is exactly how you get paid:
- 15% Commission on ALL Sales: The sky is the limit. The more jobs you book, the more you make. Uncapped earning potential.
- Minimum Wage Guarantee: We’ve got your back. If your 15% commissions for the pay period do not meet or exceed the provincial minimum wage for the hours you worked, we will top you up. You are guaranteed to never make less than minimum wage—but with our service demand, we expect you to make a whole lot more!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Canvassing residential neighborhoods in the London area to generate leads and close sales for window cleaning and pressure washing services.
- Educating homeowners on the value, curb appeal, and protective benefits of maintaining their property’s exterior.
- Providing accurate, on-the-spot quotes and securing service bookings.
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and friendly attitude while handling objections gracefully.
- Tracking your daily doors knocked, leads generated, and sales closed.

- Physical Stamina: You are completely comfortable walking neighborhoods and spending time outdoors on your feet.
- Experience: Previous sales, customer service, or canvassing experience is a huge plus, but we are fully willing to train the right personality!
