Southside Group is looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Property Manager for its diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties located within Southwestern Ontario. As part of a team, the successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Property Manager, and to the President, on the ongoing activities at each property. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the portfolio including conducting on-site inspections, maintaining tenant relations and supervision of on-site personnel amongst other responsibilities. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills together with proficiency in computers, including most Microsoft based software, is necessary for the successful completion of this role.
