We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator with a strong background in stone fabrication. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience operating CNC machines, specifically the Breton Genya / Lab Vain machine, for cutting and processing stone materials such as quartz, granite, and marble.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (Breton Genya / Lab Vain) for stone cutting and fabrication
Interpret shop drawings, CAD files, and specifications
Perform precision cutting, drilling, edging, and finishing of stone surfaces
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
Inspect finished products to meet required tolerances and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
Ensure safe handling of materials and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of CNC machine operation experience in stone industry
Hands-on experience with Breton Genya / Lab Vain machines (mandatory)
Ability to read technical drawings and CAD designs
Knowledge of stone fabrication processes
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
